In 1986, Gerald Bradley pioneered an approach which became known as Benefit Management, to facilitate the realisation of benefits from investment in change.

Recognising ‘benefit realisation’ as the weakest link in the achievement of project success, Gerald developed the Benefit Realisation Management approach and formed sigma Consultancy, to make it available to organisations throughout industry and the public sector. Since then, we have refined and enhanced the approach, incorporating our experience of delivering practical solutions to our many blue chip and large public sector clients on a wide variety of projects. |

We also developed a series of public seminars to provide training in Benefit Management, and to date, over 5000 UK managers have been trained in the application of the sigma Benefit Realisation Management approach. |
