Gerald Bradley, Chairman of sigma, will be speaking on Transformation and Benefit Realisation Management (BRM)

Gerald will be speaking on 10th February at 15:40 as part of the Strategic Project & Programme Management stream

He will introduce the transformation process, based on BRM, outlining six phases each concluding with a review point or gateway, and with stakeholder engagement central to the whole process. Case studies demonstrating success in adopting this process will be discussed.
